The A725 is closed to all northbound traffic, between whirlies Roundabout & Mavor Merge, due to overnight roadworks. Due to these roadworks, the On slip at Stoneymeadow road is also closed, providing no access to the A725. There is also a lane closure in place from the Mavor Merge to Bothwell Bridge, and due to these lane closures there is no access to the Off Slip to Hamilton Road, or the Off Slip to Douglas Street.
