Edinburgh Ring Road Closures Today

The Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) is a dual carriageway forming the southern and western arc of Edinburgh's ring road. Running from the Hermiston Gait in the west to Sheriffhall in the east, it connects the M8, M9, and A1 trunk roads. The bypass is managed by Transport Scotland and is one of Scotland's busiest roads, carrying over 80,000 vehicles per day at peak sections.
