The closure is to facilitate work by Arbour Housing Reason for closure: To facilitate construction of social housing. The anticipated delay will be less than five minutes. An alternative route will be signed with traffic being diverted via: Diversion 1: C0351 Linenhall Street, U4469 Commercial Road, B0010 Scarva Street.
